My stay at the Gold Reef City Theme Park Hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location right within the theme park was fantastic for taking breaks during the day. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and service in my room, which negatively impacted our experience on what was meant to be a special weekend celebrating my husband's birthday.
